That is truly amazing work! Way to go Tori! I hope she continues painting up a storm!
Sadly Zach still draws stick figures, Picasso he will never be. |
I can't even draw a cheque properly......

How does one tell whether dissatisfaction with one's life is a temporary burden to be put up with while one's long term goals inch toward success or a sign that drastic renovation must commence immediately?
|
why must one differentiate between the two?
the path to and through both is the same.... forward the rest shall reveal itself along that path |
Fake it 'till you make it.

I guess the important thing might be to take stock in what's happening, etc. Sometimes, when things get really bogged down, I have to take a few moments out to write things out, or just stare at the ceiling and think about it all. Take the things that are most unsettling, aggravating, unhappy and write them out, or just list them in your mind. What goals do they meet? Is it making you money? Making contacts? Educating you in some way? Anything is tolerable so long as there's a positive end goal that means a lot to you, IMO. It's probably time to take stock.
Be careful for no burn-out, though. Always make time for yourself, and that doesn't mean spa trips and pedicures (though it could, and that sounds nice...). Just take the time to relax - it sounds like you have a busy life, and I hope you don't bury yourself under all that it seems you have going on! |
You can't tell. Sorry.

Stress, there is good stress and bad stress. All stress.
My mother in law pointed this out to me way back when. She was explaining how even though our getting married was a positive thing, it was still quite stressful. I agree, it is all the same. Same road. Just sometimes bumpy and sometimes not. Sometimes it all feels the same. |
