... Nice weather we're having, eh.

My friend's pregnancy isn't going to make it to term. It's been a crappy week. I'm ready for something hope-inspiring now.

Native foods (technically across the street from The Lab at The Camp). Vegan place, I haven't tried it yet.

It's yummy. I go there with Mr. TheaterTech.

Is the Gypsy Den vegetarian? I have actually dined with them at Native Foods. It is pretty good. And, I love the atmosphere. {The Gypsy Den looks quite enticing as well!}

You can find several vegan items there and they know what all the ingredients are.

Take some time to think about what "drastic renovation" really is, what it looks like, what it feels like when your there, and how and whether or not it's any different than your are proceeding now.

There's also poking around employment websites, accidentally applying for a job in New Zealand, then receiving emails that indicate they are interested in you.

If I answer the phone and the telemarketer says "sweetie can I talk to your Mom". I get to hang up on them - idiots.

Answer 1 - Sure, hang on [then put the phone down and walk away]

Answer 2 - If you can find her. She left for the bar 3 years ago.

Answer 3 - No, she's taking a shower with the mailman.

Yup, in Huntington Beach the wind kicked up to about 45-50 mph causing reduced visability with all the dust in the air. It looked foggy, and got dark with black clowds! Real strange looking!

Then it rained for a short time, just long enough to wash the dust out of the air, and place it on our cars. It rained mud!:eek:

Then the sun came out a few minutes later to bake the mud on the cars. :mad:

Isn't Mother Nature wonderful? :rolleyes:

Yeah, I'm in HB, too, and that lovely sequence happened within a few short moments.

And yes, my car is caked and baked. Since I'm heading out of town on Thurs, and it will be parked outside, I'm just going to deal with it and wash it when I get back.

BarTopDancer 03-27-2007 11:06 PM

My newly detailed car is all dusty/spotty. Stupid drizzle. If it doesn't pour by Saturday Shiny is getting another bath.
