Is Susan coming too? I'd love to take my son out to the site to see it. Esp if I knew someone there! (My household and friends are all long gone) |

If you did want to visit, I can check into what is needed. I do know you would need to be in garb. But it would be a fun visit - watching people beat the heck out of each other. Yes, Susan will be there too. Our pics from last year at this link. A couple of pics from last year: ![]() ![]() ![]() |
Is that the tent you're bringing camping??

Thats what being a turkey is all about. I can pull off war visit in mundane clothes. Done it before, I an do it again. I jsut cant tell anyone I know what its all about. :) I just say, I wanted my son to see if this a group we'd like to join. See what its all about. |

I'm beginning to think I am not supposed to go camping. My Mom died while I was camping, the last trip I had planned was halted because of my cancer and, now, I'm wondering if I'm going to be able to go on this trip because of Dexter. (Did I mention I have a mamogram next week, too?)
Camping is one of my big life joys. What's the deal? |
Umm... what a call to make.
On one hand, being out there, doing something you love, immersing yourself into the planning, etc., that is good for you. The issues at hand, well, you will know more when the time is closer. |

I'll pray for you next week!! You'd better go, because it would be so selfish of me to play with the Totoros alone ;) |
Sadly, Dexter is not so well, as being discussed in this thread of sadness, mixed I hope with some hope.

Lisa: The best thing at this point on the camping trip is to not think about it right now. There is plenty of time to see where everything shakes out the next couple of weeks.
Right now, just forget about the camping trip. |
