This should probably go in the Misc movie musings, but if you like Alfred Molina (I Do) he's interviewed on NPR's All Things Considered tonight.

The whole things still makes me laugh and I'm very happy it turned out this way.

Congratulations! Is this with your current company, or a new one?

Chocolate, my friend. Best mood enhancer ever, and it works in small doses :)

Take two Ghiradelli Squares and call me in the morning.

Well, Ghirardelli is my fav (the chocolate squares with the caramel filling are my weakness). However, I am back on a diet, so no chocolate for me right now. And the depression started before the diet.

Lots and lots of caffine here, and the glimmer of hope that I get to meet the Lash's next week.

I do vitamin load!

Maybe not, get happy mojo sent your way Kevy!

Thanks to all for your well wishes. I have been combating this for years (before I got help, it was completely debilitating for me) and I am used to this. It still sucks, but at least I know what it is and that I have virtually no control over it.

I have found one of the best things is to talk about. But as anyone with depression will attest, that is often very challenging.

One thing that would really help would be exercise, but that is one thing I can never get myself to do.

Dah, that is what I was going to recommend. I was going to because I feel like crap and I know that if I would get off my keister and go outside for a walk I would feel a lot better. Even if just to say 'Ok, I got off my keister and went for walk'.

I just don't feel like it. And darn it, the weather is perfect. Gray and overcast. Nice and chilly.

Chris, yes, do tell more about your job! I know there were a few offers on the table...

Ponine~I'm having a lot of caffeine and the glimmer of hope I get to see YOU soon!
