Awww, now you get points just for being you! Of course, I realize you are sucking up to Lashbear.

BTW, is Aussie bacon any different than US bacon?

Sucking up will always get points from me

...and our bacon is sold as a rasher with the big round meaty chunk at one end ("Canadian Bacon") and a 'tail' of the streaky fatty rasher ("American Bacon")

It looks like this:

(from the excellent website - survival tips for Aussies www.uq.net.au/~zzdonsi/food.html)

But this is the type I buy...

That web site was very intersting, and funny. Thank you.

I am now wondering what your butter tastes like.

Morrigoon 01-15-2008 04:57 PM

Lash: that looks like sandwich slices of ham or canadian bacon. Funny.

I bought some imported Irish butter at TJ's once. It didn't taste any different than the American kind.

Hmm, don't know what that is. The thread is so long I think things have been posted multiple times, so go for it :)

Without further ado, Bakin' Bacon with Macon

hmm, I could only find one, but there are several of these, and they are on the early South Park DVDs. There's one where they make a bacon casserole, bacon on top of bacon on top of more bacon, etc.
Feeding Macon the bacon, that is so wrong (leaves less for us)
I am horrible, I need to shut up now:p
I am honestly not that evil:evil:
