It sounds like a wonderful weekend. :snap:

I love it when weekends are productive.

Mousey Girl~ It sounds like he did want to live that double life but that that 'woman' wanted that to end. The invitation, that was on purpose.

Well....I love your plan for your weekend!! Sounds like a wonderful plan!

RStar, poured the woman into her car???? If that isn't the definition of 'sloshed' I do not know what is. :D

Well, I spent the weekend down south. Stayed at HoJo's and saw 2 shows of Chicago (the band) and hit the park for a bit for a bday celebration.

Both the shows were at Indian casino's which was interesting. Outside its so "California" but inside it feels very, very Vegas.

The Viejas near San Diego has an outlet center with a Disney Character Wherehouse. Got some goodies! :)

Did you chat it up with the manager of the outlet store? {if he was there}

I did, briefly, the day I went. He is a real Disney fan. He was sharing his visit to Club 33 {I think twice?} and how his girlfriend is a big Disney person also.

How cool is that to be a Disney fan and work at that store? I mean, really.

I was just hearing the DJ on the local station talking about Wolfmother perfoming there soon {maybe this month} and how that will be.

How was it? Seeing a concert inside an outlet mall? Were the waters dancing?

I didn't get to chat up the Manager but I think I know who you're talking about. He was pretty "loud" and was really enjoying himself with the shoppers.

The venue was ok. It was just a stage in a grassy area with pretty flimsy plastic chairs. Thankfully this year they didn't tie them all togeather, the just went in two's and the space between is zilch so you're practically sitting on your neighbor's lap. I suggest having a pocket knife to separate them, as the folks around me did. Also, I was pretty far back but the view was still really great and the sound was very good compared to an inside venue I was at last week.

The bad part was the weather this time around. We got some drizzle for a few songs, but it was bearable. In past times, the weather was fine. They, of course, sell all the hot beverages, so that helped. :)

Oh ya, she was. Didn't know what end was up, and could even speak.

I was there yesterday morning and thought of you when I saw them breaking down the stage and all the cards had "chicago" on them.

I didn't find much I wanted at the outlet but I'd just been to Pomona and Anaheim a few weeks ago. I was amazed at how vastly different some of the prices were from outlet to outlet. And it wasn't that one was more/less than the others, just specific items I noticed some were much cheaper (in come cases $20 or more) at one of the three. And none of them seem to have the same price on the same merchandise.

That's true Katiesue! Even in the same store! The golden 50 ears were like $1.50 on one end of the store and $2.50 on the other side. Both said "adult." Very strange.

Nickolas came home happy, which is what I wanted. About the only thing that was said to me was that I need to give him the bills that need to be paid. Now I get to work out a budget to decide just what bills to give him and what that will leave me with to live on.

I see the lawyer tomorrow. It should be interesting to find out what that brings. I would love to have a video camera present when the papers are served. He honestly thought that he could continue to live a double life, that I was ok with everything.

When all this is said and done Nickolas and I will be hitting DLR for a weekend, complete with a stay on property. Without David I can save money, no need for anything bigger than a double room. No worries about my reading into the wee hours and having a light on. Also no stay would be complete without new APs. This is something I am giving myself to look forward to, the light at the end of the tunnel.

Good that it went alright, and great that you are doing so well and seeing the positives that can come about in such a rotten situation! A visit to the Park is just what you and your boy need.

Did they have Olszewskis? How much?

All the shootings at universities have me a bit nervous. Especially since I'm in the administration building. I mean, it's cute when the anti-sweat shop students march up stairs with their bagpipes, but it would be much less cute if there were guns involved. And there's nothing to stop such a thing from happening here. i suddenly feel very vulnerable.
