It is essentially a slot car track.

Instead of big metal fin standing up above, the bus bar is down IN the slot between the roadtrack.

Yes. It's exactly the same ride as test track. Same as how Indy sucks because it's the exact same vehicles and track layout as the supersucktacular Dinosaur ride in Animal Kingdom. /visiblerolleyes/
