the whole coachella is during passover, no croissants for you thing...

How does bacon fit in? Can you have bacon during passover?

Overlooking the minor technicality of it not being kosher at all in the first place, bacon does not violate any of the Passover-specific rules.

Of course, if the weather is in its usual state, we could faithfully recreate the origins of matzah by carrying some dough that hasn't had time to rise on our backs in the baking desert sun.

Mind you, when it dawned on me, I rushed over to ask my passover observing co-worker about bacon. Lukily she was on the phone.

I thought to myself on the way back to my desk, you know, I better just ask GD. Thats a much better solution.
And then the minor technicallity requires no explaining.

And if you desire, I will have dough for you to carry to coachella with you. Why you would WISH to, I have no idea, but we could!!
