"Full House" is one of those shows that was on for years that I probably watched about nine seconds of total, so I don't get it either. However, by "trolley," I'm guessing you mean cable car since that's where more San Francisco "moments" typically occur.

I must confess that most of my San Francisco "moments" happened without the aid of a trolley.

Actually, I make much more use of trolleys in San Francisco than cable cars, but then again I've been staying out of the tourist areas on my last few visits.
