I'm so sorry to hear the news, Kevy.
|
Thanks for the well wishes everyone: Susan and I appreciate it!
In a strange twist today, when we were making our weekly pilgrimage to the reptile store for supplies, we spoke again with the owner about our bumper crop of baby Crested Geckos (our adult couple have being VERY frisky lately and we have received NINE babies in the last four months). Since he had just sold his last two Cresties earlier in the day, he said he was interested in out babies. He also has a female Nosy Be Panther Chameleon that we had been eyeing for a couple of months (we already have a male). So we ended up making a swap: seven of our baby Cresties for his female (two are too young for him to sell): a truly win-win situation! That is six less mouths for us to feed and he has a new infusion of saleable merchandise! |
So sorry, Kevy. What a beautiful creature!

Kevy, GusGus, I'm very sorry to hear of your loss. It is interesting, though, to see that as one door has closed, another seems to be opening. *hugs*

I wish I were sitting on the front deck of the Mark Twain, circling Tom Sawer Island, eating a churro right now. That would be so righteously awesome.
