Yes, Vista is terrific. And actually, the quality is not at all dubious. Our save-the-dates were full-color glossy postcards, and they turned out beautifully. (Actually, come to think of it, our actual invitation RSVP/reception inserts were Vista-printed, too.)

Perhaps you don't actually contain any blood. This explains your name "Ghoulish Delight". :D ;)

I don't bruise either and so all my soccer injuries had to not only be stoically survived but there wasn't even silent respect earned.

Complete waste of good pain.

I should start posting pictures of mine. :D

I bruise from even the least notable injuries. Somewhere, the scale of bruises in the world is even.

So...

I have a feeling I'm about to freeze my ass off tonight. Boat party. Summer of Love Theme. If it's not the rain that'll get me, it'll be the boat-rockin' sea-sickness. But it'll probably be the rain and the cold. I've never had motion sickness.

So, four days of no mail. The post office couldn't care less. It's not their problem, apparently. They won't tell us whether it's been rerouted, held, whatever. And if it has been rerouted (because anyone can turn in a change of address form), it's potentially ID theft, but I can't file a police report, because the post office won't cough up any info, so I can't prove that I just didn't have any mail sent to me for four days. And I can't reverse a hold or rerouting, since I don't know anything about the initial request. If that happened, the presumption is that the "real" me did it, and I have to prove that they didn't.

This is really really really going to suck.

Can you call asking about the status of your change of address form? Maybe they'll read the new address back to you if you tell them you're not getting it at the new place and you'd like to confirm what they have on file?

RStar 04-20-2007 06:41 PM

Sorry to here that Pru. I hope it's fixed soon. That does suck.

And I realy hope it's not ID theft!

I just got back from the store. And I realized I did something weird.

I got:

Bread, Bagels, Bananas, Butter, Bacon (of course!)

Cheese, Chicken, and stopped on the way for Chineese Food.

All "B"s and "C"s.

Do you suppose it means anything?
