Are you speaking that the biology is different or that women don't have the cravings for sex that men do. If you are saying the latter, I disagree with you. While overall, if you counted up all the men and women in the world with a ranking above [insert whatever number of out of ten on the sex craving ranking scale], I would suspect that there are more men then women. But to say that there is a huge difference is not correct.
There might be more of a bias in one direction in certain age ranges. For example, My experience is that in the late teens and into some point in their 20's, men lead the way. But as folks hit their mid-to-late 30's, the pendulum starts swinging in the other direction.
Take societal pressures out of the equation, then things really start balancing out.
