Have just returned from Hell, a.k.a. a small Iowa town where: 1) FIL resides and 2) dining choices are either fast food or a frozen dinner from the grocery store. Bleak, baby, it's so very bleak there.

It's that time of year again. The local weatherman used the 'S' word in the forecast. Nothing exciting just yet, a dusting at best. Still after the winter we had last year it's good to know our local snow crews learned from that experience and are better prepared this year. Not.

Snow is a great place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there.

SNOW !!!! We LOVE Snow. Send it to us.

I will never forget the time it started snowing in Yosemite. You're very first snow.:)

Not to mention what a foreign concept it was to us to be able to put the Panna-cotta's outside on the table instead of in the fridge to set !! :cool:

And I'll never forget the time everyone freaked out over a less than 1" snowfall in Yosemite......

The Aussies actually frolicked in the snow (with Lash in his crocs) the week before Yosemite:

And I'll never forget the time Lashbear discovered what yellow snow is and asked for more.
