And yea I was totally hot, or um not.

Benadryl is the only thing that works halfways decently on my allergies. None of the prescription non-drowsy meds work, and corticosteroids are not helpful either. Like you, I've been taking Benadryl for so long that it seldom makes me sleepy. I was soooo happy when it went O.T.C.- now i don't have to go to the docs to get it.

It hit 94 inside our array room (read "room with the largest collection of expensive equipment our company owns") when the AC went down yesterday morning. That was fun.
