I was just reminded that postal rates go up in two weeks. I had better hurry up and get my butt to the post office for 2-cent stamps if I'm going to use them as a marketing giveaway! Guess I know where I'm going after work...

Interestingly, Standard Mail (Bulk) rates are going DOWN slightly for a couple of Non-Profit classes.

Drove past the Shell station by my office - unleaded is $3.57. Now, RSM is insanely expensive but it was still a shock to see it that high.

I realize that the 10 cents a gallon difference between HB and RSM is only about $1.00 in my tank but I'm still glad I am in HB enough these days to fill up there. I'm also super glad I am now living in Irvine instead of RSM.

I don't know why, but I consistently see some of the best gas prices in Southern California in Brea. Which is nice since I live there!

That would be La Brea. Amazing what a difference on little definite article makes.

The La Brea Tar Pits are 32.7 miles from Brea, CA and are completely unrelated.

We get that a lot.

It is HOT! It hit 97 Saturday and Sunday. I just got home and the rats were begging me to turn down the a/c.

I am trying to figure out how ti swing a DLR weekend in June... Just me and The Boy, kicking back during the day at the pool, at night in the parks. The only thing standing in the way is $.

Anyone want to write my ethical paper for me? It's on gay marriage.
