One of the most spectacular ant invasions I've ever witnessed was in our second floor apartment.

We had no ants inside during the rain. Instead we had WORMS! EARTHfreakingWORMS!!! We saw 4, near our front door. The thing does NOT seal well. A couple were dead when we found them, a couple alive.

I'll take ants.

Our worst Ants were on the third floor.

And I put a worm backcoutside from our office this morning. Yuck.

I hate ants because we had the big wood ants in my room once as a kid. And I woke up with one in my mouth. Environment be damned I use as much raid as possible at first sighting.

She is an Aussie, right? I'm sure Lash runs into her constantly.

I love watching Top Gear UK on the treadmill. It's a perfect distraction.

The worse creature we ever had in our house was a Jerusalem Cricket, also known as a Potato Bug. It crawled into the sleeping bag where my niece was sleeping and bit her with its large mandibles.
