If you were closer, I'd take you up on it! I love blackberries. My grandparents used to live in an area that they grew wild all over. I'd go out horseback riding and come back with my fingers stained purple from snacking while I was out.

How do you like the oven?

Because if coffee is the real subject then no, it's never worth it. Because it's coffee and that ****'s vile.

My friend up in Newcastle has a partner who refers to coffee as WMD.

Sitting on my patio randomly humming "I'm on the top of the World" by the Carpenters. Which I'm not but it is a lovely evening out.

I will have to play more with the convection part of the oven. It works great for pie but not with anything greasy, the fan blows the grease around the oven! I think I'll have to try a cake or something next.

Sunburn.

Not topless sunbathing, I hope?

Topless? Oh, heavens, no. :)

Five hours at the airshow watching planes fly by the runway. And forgetting sunscreen....

Thanks for the concern, Bear. :)

On Sunday we left DC to drop Moonie Jr. off at college in Cleveland. I was really not expecting to say:

We are hurrying home tomorrow so we can check the house for any damage from the earthquake before the hurricane arrives this weekend.
