OK. We need to revise the meal teams since too many people have dropped out. Also, I am going to cancel the reservation for Thursday and Monday nights - all sites - and probably cancel one of the 5 sites. HOWEVER, we need to figure out how many cars we will have and who is carpooling.

If I can cance these ressies relatively soon, our cost PP will probably go down. So, now's the time to start revisiting our planning.

Cars first, meal teams second.

I do know that the Teresa/Ken/Susan/Kevin campsite will have two cars. Teresa and Susan will be going home on Monday whereas Ken and I need to leave on Sunday.

The Lisa/Chris/Tracy/Kara site will also have 2 cars.

That's 2 sites, 4 cars. All ok so far.

So, two cars per site is not a problem? Good to know.

Well........both cars have to fit within the alloted parking space at the site, which we won't know about until we get there. I was previously happy about having a collection of smaller cars as well as larger ones. However, the parking issue may dictate the decision about if we keep the 5th space or not.

Feel free to apply my contribution to keeping the fifth spot so that you have the parking space and the locker space.

Why don't you just use the money to join us, Alex?

Joe and I will be arriving in one vehicle, and that a mini (or at worst, a Matrix, if we can't fit it all in the mini).

And I don't know if Bornieo is arriving in his own vehicle or with another person, but there's totally enough room.

And then one assumes that Nirvanaman and Babette will be in a single vehicle, leaving plenty of room for KatieSue

uh...my vehicle isnt what I could call small. half-ton reg cab shortbed pickup. and since I'll actually be sleeping in it, I kinda need it. :P
