I'd like to think it said:

1. Remove instructions from mug.
2. Fill
3. Drink (contents, not the mug).

I'm just waiting for the ink-induced hallucinations to kick in.

The sad thing is, I could probably take those tests and do reasonably well. For some reason, I test well - often times I can figure out info through basic logic and figuring out how the instructor wrote the exam.

I used to take exams that Susan had from when she went to school. I regularly got 70-80% on a subject that I knew nothing about. It's a gift.

And a curse.

Isn't that the purpose of meetings?

Same here, for most subjects. I use my powers of deduction for good, though. You evil, evil, test-acing man, you.

It is kind of a curse, too. Sometimes I end up letting myself slack because I tend to get similar grades whether I've studied or not. Then comes that test I should have practiced a few formulas for.

I went to the state championships for Math Team in trigonometry because I was good at figuring out how to take tests.

Most other kids didn't realize that a trigonometry test that is multiple choice is just algebra.

I miss being my own boss. And it's starting to bug me. I used to love the thrill of a new challenge. But staring 50 in the face, I don't know if I'm ready to throw myself into another endeavor. I don't like what I'm doing now, but do I detest it enough to change?

So, the word for today is ambivalent, and I'm not sure how I feel about that either.

One thing's for sure... it will devil me until I decide.

You're 50 years young. Who retires at 62 anyways? You have 20 years - at least - to do what you want to do. That's a whole new career waiting to happen!

I got an email today that could mean a big new change for me.
How do I convince Rose to move to Florida?

Kevy Baby 05-10-2007 07:10 PM

Ummm... You don't.

Cuz we don't want you to leave!

(BTW: doesn't she read this board? Isn't this something she should learn in person and not on a message board?)
