Ponine~I agree what you did was out of the ordinary. No one seems to help anyone anymore. At all. I am sure she wants to repay you, her mind is probably blown away.

There is so much bad news out there, you couldn't ever believe someone would do something nice. And a planner? I don't know if it was full of important info or not but possibly personal info?

But, yes, I have known people to be grateful for something and have given a gift or flowers.
