With a stray bone that had us rushing CP to urgent care (with a detour past an overcrowded emergency room)...only to have it dislodge itself literally as we pulled into the parking space.

Oh no GD. I'm so glad CP is ok! I'm sure that was hella scary!

Baked Orange Chicken, Rice & a Roasted Broccoli/Mushroom/Onion thingy.

I knew someone that had the same thing happen (except it didn't dislodge by itself). I have always hated fish with bones for this reason.

It was a fillet, it wasn't supposed to have bones. But sometimes they slip by. I actually found 2 bones in another piece while prepping, but I missed that one. I'd never make it on Top Chef.
