After several nights of not being able to sleep well due to stress and anxiety, i decided a little prescriptive pharmacological assist was in order last night and i got a full eight hours last nigt - yeah. I have my usually sluggish hangover feeling, but otherwise I am feeling much better.

Amazing what a good night's sleep can do for you!

It's true about the sleep. Glad you finally got some - even if you needed help.

Fixed it for you. :D

(and I don't care what Heath thinks - it's a safe and effective drug when used as directed.)

The topic of "hair" from a few posts back reminded me of this new slang/urban dictionary term of "Biebians": "Lesbians who look like Justin Bieber."

A Google search of "Biebians" may come up with amusing links like:

So I proved tonight I have difficulty walking. Tore up my knee and the palm of one hand. Ugh. Worst of it? People saw me, and I ruined a pair of pants.

Ouch. sorry to hear that. How are you feeling today?

Only took 9.5 hours to do the 3.5 hour drive to Reno last night. So the weekend is off to a good start (and I'm not being sarcastic).

Thanks, Betty. Looks better this morning.

Who's got the best wife in the world? I do!

Watching the news early this morning there was mention of the upcoming Space Shuttle flight in the context of it being one of the last. I mentioned I'd always wanted to see one. She said "So why don't you go?" After I picked my jaw up off the floor I thought "Why not?" Fly down Wednesday back on Thursday, one night cheap hotel, option to wait it out over the weekend if need be...

Yeah, I can do this!

So I'm booked for one Shuttle Launch trip. Everyone please send good vibes to NASA to get this sucker off on time!
