Yes, we're going home today. Don't know when. Kickout time is technically 11AM, but that's not a hard and fast rule here. We're hoping to dawdle long enough that we can stick around for a 5:00 breast feeding clinic (he's getting the hang of it, better every time, but the more help we can get while we're here the better).

He's been on a pretty regular schedule. Wake up and work on feeding for an hour or so, change a diaper, then back to sleep for 3 hours. This morning's brought the new development that after feeding he spends some time awake, alert, and looking around instead of just passing back out. Late last night, he took a two hour nap on my chest, I swear I'm tearing up just thinking about it. It's indescribable.

Mom's pretending to be a real human being for a moment and has left the room to take a walk around the hospital.

Now we begin the scramble to get what we can in order before heading home where the real fun begins!

Man, I picked a poor weekend to not check into LoT.

Congratulations you two three! I can't wait to meet him. You guys going to The Park tonight to show him off? ;)

With Snowflakes mouse ears on he ought to be able to make the height requirement for most of the attractions....

I remember being the safest and most cautious driver in the world when we brought our newborn home.

I think my mom let me help drive (while sitting on her lap, of course, she wasn't crazy or anything) when she brought me home.

Anything less will be evidence that GD & CP have fallen emotional captive to the fear-mongering Parent-Industrial Complex.

HAHA...I fit in this category since I just today read something about TD conservation efforts.

But I digress...

YAY baby Theo, you of the awesome parents and loud scream...may your days be sunny and joyful and may your life be filled with love and happiness. Welcome to the world!

(And congratulations to your parents too!)
