There's a security update for Safari, but I haven't been able to get an answer to the daylight/skin oil questions either.

Not a thorough test but I did play with an iPhone inside an Apple Store the other night.

So this one has been touched with by probably hundreds of people and while skin oil was discernible it didn't really affect viewability at all. Could be a completely different story in sunlight though.

No, it's not her, but it's close.
She wants to be Eva Longoria.
The picture was referring back to the "Thither Thychic" thread. My sister says and does really shallow things every now and then. But I don't think she even realizes how she sounds sometimes.
There's no way I could afford an iPhone but her attitude is that because she can, then everyone should be able to...

I had this conversation with Maddy the other day as we were passing a phone store-

Madz - I'm waiting for the price to go down before I get an iPhone.

Me - oh really? And what were you planning on using to by it with? Your good looks?

Madz - No you're going to get me one.

Me -um riiiiiiight. Don't think so sporto.

I have not really been reading this iPhone thread, so forgive me if this is a repeat. I thought it was funny. This guy got this "Official iPhone Tool" in his warranty service packet. Truth or prank?

At first, I thought: this is a really funny hoax. But in a preliminary search, I see several reputable sites talking about this so it may be true.

It is nice to see that Apple still has a sense of humour (although the iPhone does require a paper clip to remove the SIM card).

A teenager on the east coast has successfully unlocked the iPhone and posted how to do it in his blog.

Hmmm...........

Kevy Baby 08-24-2007 06:23 PM

There have been many posts about unlocking an iPhone

Isaac 08-24-2007 06:53 PM

Probably, but I don't care to read this whole thread to find them.
