You are correct.

He's right that it was the voice of Ariel. But that fish in the mouth is still bizarre. Why? What, as a cartoon princess, would have prompted her to put a fish in her mouth. I mean, I can understand that she'd drink from the fish tank as she'd been drinking from streams and rivers, but she'd have probably noticed the fish in the glass no?

It just seemed so out of left field that I assumed it must have been a specific reference. But then, maybe I'm overthinking and they just used the fish in the mouth as a visual cue that she got the glass of water from the fish tank. Odd gag.

Isn't the fish scene in Brother Bear?

My favorite one I didn't know:

Broadway veteran Harvey Evans, the elderly yellow-jacketed man who dances during "That's How You Know" – previously danced as a chimney sweep in Mary Poppins. (Sciretta 2008)
They didn't mention Pink Elephants on Parade as background TV music, so I added it.

Thanks to Netflix, I saw it again last night. GC honey, I'm right with you, James Marsden is hot Hot hOt and HOT.

I laughed at myself when I hit the bonus features and blooper reel, forgetting this is Disney, not a swear word in the bunch. :D

This one is a keeper, really.
