And my teammate went home sick before I could confirm their involvement, and now, its sold out.
I cannot believe how incredibly bummed I am. Such a petty reason to be bummed. Carp.

Hmmm, maybe it's time to revive the LoTary Road Ralley Game. Sell-Out's not remotely possible.

Um, but way more time-intensive to play that, pfft, a few brief hours of MouseAdventure.

It's not a petty reason to be bummed. It was something you've been looking forward to doing. I chose not to play this year and I'm bummed that I won't be playing.

It's the first time I've had a potential to actually finish above 10th. Consecutive team mates, that understood how the heck it worked and wanted to try again.
okay, not ranting, not going to be a pita. Just going to wait till October.

BarTopDancer 01-30-2008 11:36 AM

And think of how well rested you'll be come October. While KatieSue and Pru are still recovering... ;)

It's very frustrating that it closes so early without much advance notice. I understand the reasons behind it but that doesn't reduce the frustration. I was without computer access from last Tues to this Mon as I was out of town and my laptop crashed. Work has been hell this week so the second I logged on and saw the thread, it was closed.

It just seems to have worked this way the past 3 times. I do tend to have the worst luck in general. I miss the old way, although I assume it will never go back to that longer window that allowed those that aren't able to be as active on the boards (due to work responsibilities) as others to get a chance to learn about it and register.

I'm still and always up for iSm's game.

NM - if you go to MousePlanet under the MouseAdventure section you can sign up for e-mail updates. That way you get notified even if you're not checking the boards.

Also, if you know anyone who is new to the game, the MouseAdventure 101 version is still open.

We made it in and have 3 on our team - if you wanna join our crew, you're more than welcomed.
