My new job is really cool, I'm loving the freedoms I have gained.

Since I haven't killed the lemon tree yet - and it's actually making lemons - today I bought a Seville orange tree.

Does anyone know anyone who wants to rent a room in a swanky west hollywood apartment? My roomate is moving out. The room will be ready July or sooner if need be..

Hopefully the person will have a sense of humor, be queer friendly, dont mind have a cat around the house, can get rent on time and is at least entertaining to talk to from time to time....

I have already used the forever stamps. We sent our wedding invitations out when the postage was lower, and the RSVPs were due after the postage increased. And the other, higher postage was not yet available at that time. So instead of using multiple stamps (unsightly!) we just bought the forever stamps and put them on there. It was nice not to have to worry about it.

God, if my eye infection doesn't heal soon, I'm going to be stuck wearing glasses on 6/9!

Today I repotted the orange tree and 6 pepper plants. (We do actually get peppers, oddly enough. Hopefully it's getting warmer...) But it's raining now so I had to stop gardening. Still have some cucumber plants and a bunch of flowers to plant.

I just had to comment~

How sweet. Forever stamps on your RSVP envelopes. Quite fitting. I wonder if anyone caught that when they received theirs?

Slow open house, only one person so far. Luckily, that one person was just the sort of one person one wants coming to an open house :) So it's all good!

If not another soul walked through that door all afternoon, it's already been worth my time to sit this open house. Oh, and the property's pretty nice too (for a 1-bedroom place).

I do wish I'd been able to pick up some lunch though. All I have till 4pm is a telera roll (and not a very good one, at that, more like dull white bread in the form of telera bread) and a Coke. Didn't eat breakfast either. Somehow I never manage to eat on open house days. Always running around dealing with flyers and putting up signs and junk.

I am a very happy BarTopDancer!
