I need to learn good ways to cook more veggies. I'd have no idea what to do with chard.

Refrigerator soup. A little of this and a little of that and it was delicious. I only lacked some nice crusty baguette to go with it.

Fried chicken and potato wedges (from the deli counter), with a side of apple sauce, and a hawaiian roll.

But more importantly, dessert: Strawberry shortcake!

Chopped strawberries, and a handful of blueberries, with a teaspoon of honey and a splash of lemon juice, served on top of pre-made shortcake with whipped cream.

The only thing I would change is the shortcake. I went with the cheap market brand, and it tasted too much like Twinkies for my taste. Would've been better if I'd used the Bisquick shortcake recipe to make my own from scratch. Oh man, it would've been heaven then!
