I've cancelled Thursday for all 5 sites. We will be recieving a credit for each site of $20 (that = $100). Someone else can figure out the math of how much we all owe and how much money each of us who have paid will get back.

Not being on any meal team (which, btw, is a fine idea, trust me), I thought I'd throw together a quick dinner for the folks staying Sunday night ... and it seemed camp stew would be the perfect easy thing, and nicely rustic after all those other "gourmet" meals. Um, now I see that stew is first up on Friday. Fine.

So howzabout we just grill up a ton of bacon Sunday night???

Well, we've "taken in" $325 in payments so far, on a total site bill of $400. So basically, those who haven't paid will be paying those who have, with $50 going to me at some point in there.

Like I said, everyone bring small bills.

That will come in handy for the strippers.

Bringing the Bunny suit for some fireside entertainment?

Kevy,

I made "Dorst Campground" and "Loop E 121-125" into links that take you to a page I found with a map of the campground.

Cool. Thanks for the extra info!

So okay, I'm sure a lot of us will be shopping this weekend for stuff. SO, just as a refresher, we're supposed to bring one bundle of firewood each, right? As well as remembering that we're each on our own for lunches. And those who haven't paid yet need to remember small bills.

Anything else?

As I stated earlier, it's $27 per person total. (400/15 = 26.666666) So, those who have paid $50 get $23 back. Very simple. :)

Kevy - if you like, Ken can pick up the stew from Susan on Thursday night, and we'll be happy to heat it while we're prepping the bread and appetizers on Friday. That way, it will still get served around 6 or 7pm, even if you're just arriving then. :)

I don't eat liverwurst. Make sure none of the desserts have it please.
