Ok, I didn't resort to drive thru. Hooray! Lemon Pappardelle with Arugula, toasted pine nuts, parm in a fresh lemon juice/olive oil dressing.

I finally have something good to post. Grilled lobster with roasted garlic.

I was tired of mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey and gravy so I put the turkey together with bacon and a cheese based sauce and Voila- Turkey and bacon radiatorre! I forgot the peas though.

We had grilled pork chops last night that rocked!

I'm going to make Pancetta=wrapped Scallops if the scallops thaw out in time.

I had way too much burger at Fatburger. But I earned it.

Chicken patties with provolone melted on top and mashed potatoes, mine with butter and boys with more turkey gravy, with a fresh mango.

Speed Burger at BFD. Because I had a rotten day and nothing says nursing your wounds like a gob of melted cheese, bacon, and tasty fries.

Oh, you got the scallops-night memo too?

We've been having fun going through some of the quick-recipe cookbooks, CP made a nice find. Scallops over pasta with a fancy french sauce with a fancy french name. Substituting whipping cream with 2% milk + a little butter probably won't get me any culinary awards, but I made due.

We've kinda taken to tandem cooking. CP usually starts and gets as much done before Theo decides she's done, then I take over and try to guess what she was doing. It's like a Top Chef challenge, it's fun.
