Oh, I forgot to mention, we only got through a Kilo (2.2 lbs) of Bacon between us during our camping weekend... We're slipping.

I would hope they have a half kilo (500 grams, one pound is 454 grams) package if that's the case. Just for the single persons that is.....

I was trying to figure out what to do with some turkey cutlets I bought, when I ran across Turkey & Bacon Rolls....ding, ding, ding I think we have a winner! Who could resist turkey stuffed with ham and cheese and covered in bacon?!

Actually, I have never tried it. To be fair, I hate HATE pork but bacon, sweet, sweet bacon is a swine of a different color.
