Invite me with you next time you go bowling wearing shoes with soles like that. I could use the laugh.

Well, as long as you aren't going to do a slide it'll be fine.

Perfect shoes for people who bowl by walking up to the line, stopping, swinging the ball between their legs and then letting go.

Equally laugh-worthy.

Isn't that how you're supposed to bowl?

Alex 01-22-2009 10:20 AM

No not me, I've had a perfect four step slide down since I was seven. And could once lay the ball down on the second board every time without fear of gutter ball (it's been years since I've bowled so probably not any more).

But yes, that is how most people are supposed to bowl because it never puts me at risk.

Oh pish! There hasn't been any "fear of gutter ball" since alley's across the county added those bumper things years ago.

Capt Jack 01-22-2009 11:01 AM

last time I bowled, I played against a pair of 8 year olds, inflatable bumpers and all.

they whooped me like a red-headed step child.
the Capt dont bowl (aparrently)

RStar 01-22-2009 11:21 AM

I haven't been able to bowl since my neck surgery.

It's hard to bowl with no neck......

Alex 01-22-2009 11:51 AM

I bowl with no thumbs. Apropos of nothing really.

What do you do with them while you're bowling?
