Lots of cake. I'm going to a dessert party.

I made lemon pepper & bleu cheese chicken, served it on white rice. Rose and I devoured it.

Popcorn. It's what I usually eat when Olivia's at her dad's.

Maybe some udon later, when I realize that the popcorn didn't really fill me up for the evening.

Not dinner, but this weekend we will be in Santa Ynez for my Sister's 50th birthday. I am planning on having aebelskivers for breakfast Sunday morning in Solvang.

Spaghetti - using a garden vegetable marinara (trying to improve the hubby's diet)
and baguette with butter.

Simple, but tasty.
