What kind of medical condition is serious enough to require release from jail but not serious enough to require a trip to the hospital?

Can you imagine what a pain in the ass this whole thing must be to the people of that jail? I bet they'd have supported her departure if she'd demonstrated a distressed cuticle.

I plan to tell her toight. She has agoraphobia since her mother died a year and a half ago and rarely leaves the bedroom, much less the house. She loves the Pirates movies and the last time she went to the movies was to see the last one. So she has been waiting to see this one (had to wait for the crowds to die down and for a chance to go on a Wed. afternoon for less traffic). So, I didn't get a chance to tell her yesterday (not to mention some drama with her sister in texas wanting to move in with us- but I have to put my foot down there. The two of them can't stay in the same state much less the same house without fighting!!).

Oy!
