Last night was arroz con pollo....y chorrizo.

It was going to be just con pollo, but the chorrizo jumped into the shopping basket. And I'm glad it did, it was freaking delicious (and the leftovers are awaiting me for lunch).

chorrizo? ew....who eats THAT stuff?

Meatloaf

Me, last Sunday, as part of an omelet. And hopefully again this weekend.

Lucille's Smokehouse beef ribs. With a side of mac & cheese and their new sweet potato fries*

(*-which are spiced up and less sweet but my husband actually ate like 8 of them!)

Cold pizza and warm coke while bathed in the sterile glow of florescent lights.

Or does the fact that it's after midnight technically make this "What's for breakfast"?
