In other news, I am officially a word dork. Not only did I explain the difference between the uses of effect and affect to my boss, I followed it up with a more complete explanation of how I oversimplified it before, and the dictionary.com entries for both, which, by the way, I found fascinating, especially the explanation of the word roots from the 16th century and the Latin before that. Yeah, I'm definitely a dork.
