Hmmm looks like it could be cute and fun. I saw this awesome billboard for it today, but the trailer did not live up to it.

Anyone hear anything about this?

All I know is, I hear "fairy tale princess in modern day NYC" and my eyes can't stop rolling.

I wasn't looking forward to it, but at a screening a few weeks ago there were a couple people talking about it (they'd seen it already or at least a significant part) and they loved it so hopes are up.

Oh, and this is the movie where when it was announced there would be hand drawn animation it spread around the interwebs like a San Diego brush fire that traditional animation had returned to Disney (it was contracted out and is a minor part of the movie).

The previews looked good, so I am looking forward to it. Good to know there is some good buzz out there, Alex.

Yep, the preview was adorable. Not a guarantee of goodness, but enough to make sure I will be seeing it.

I know someone who saw it at a screening (albeit dubbed into a foreign language), and thought it was a lot of fun. I look forward to seeing it.

I have heard very good buzz about Amy Adams' performance. Which doesn't surprise me - I totally fell for her in Junebug.

Also, anything that involves rats and pigeons stepping in for the standard squirrels, bluebirds and mice is up my alley.

Okay, I guess the trailer caught me in a cranky moment, I know I will see it too.
Just not Thanksgiving weekend!
