I figure if we can have lolcats and YouTube threads, why not have a Fail thread.

I work with one of Verizon's B2B telemarking units and we sometimes monitor calls. This Verizon fail really doesn't surprise me.

I could actually feel pain for this guy. My neck was getting all tense just listening to the stupidity on the other end of the line.
