 Beginning Quilting Class - Schedule and Supply List
 First Sewing Session: Sunday, May 10, 10:00 amMy house.
 
We will be making a baby-sized Yellow Brick Road quilt.  
 
For those of you that missed the first class, these are the supplies you will need for the first sewing session (this Sunday):
 6 Fat Quarters of high quality, quilt grade 100% cotton (a fat quarter is 18"x22"  You should have 2 Darks, 2 Mediums and 2 Lights and they should be high contrast.Fabric Snips/Thread CutterRotary Cutter (Olfa is preferable)Self Healing Mat (larger is better)Glass Headed Quilting PinsMeasuring TapeQuilting Ruler (18" x 6")Sewing Machine1/4 " Foot for sewing machineNeutral shade of cotton thread2 bobbins wound with threadNote PaperPenHighlighterDigital Camera$7.50 for pattern
 For future classes: Flannel-backed vinyl tableclothChalk marker3 yards of backing material1 3/8 yards material for binding
 If you can't find one (or several) of these items, don't let that stop you from attending the class.  We will have enough to share.  We also can arrange to have a loner sewing machine available if you need one.

I'll have some snackies and fuzzy water available as well as coffee.  If you want to bring anything to share, feel free to do so.  Also, remember to take your allergy medicine before entering the cat zone.
