Yeah, it does. It sucks a lot more than our old one.

Congrats! I never thought it possible to love a vacuum cleaner, but I do love the Dyson. :snap:

I was at the Vacuume repair shop a few weeks ago and they had about a 3-1 ratio of Dysons being reparied compared to all the other brands combined. The guy said it's because they trap too much dirt and small particles causing them to clog up.

But they are very pretty :D

If I had one of those I wouldn't be ripping my carpet up.

I think I hate you. (just a little bit). :p


I really desperately need a Dyson for our unit. The carpet now makes crunching noises by itself.

Oh! My! Ick-ity ick, that sounds almost as bad as my carpet. I have a Kirby G6 that needs service I can't afford right now. It's about 10 years old. My carpet is looped Berber, about 7 years old. It's gross, I wish I could rip it out.

It use to be that people talking about vacuumes like this (especially men) would make people very concerned (for the vacuum cleaner that is).

Even without you walking on it? That's weird :eek:
