Insomnia

Okay, I can't sleep. Kevy is used to this kind of thing, where is he when I can't sleep?;)

Cadaverous Pallor 03-04-2010 10:04 AM

Sorry, I wasn't in the mood to check the LoT last night - though you would have had to wait until 4 to see me here.

Snowflake 03-04-2010 10:23 AM

I was still up at 4, back in bed at 4:30 and then out of bed at 6:30. No coffee today and the restored The Red Shoes tonight. I hope to sleep like a baby when I get home.

Did you have insomnia or was TAS keeping you awake?

Not Afraid 03-04-2010 11:14 AM

I was up until 3. I should've been on LoT!

Gemini Cricket 03-04-2010 11:48 AM

Benadryl.
It works for me.
:)

Donna, as a fan of the old WB and MGM cartoons, you should know that a mallet or frying pan to the noggin usually does the trick.

:D Good idea, to see stars or little chirpy birds circling my head, then, SPLAT!

Um, I like Disney cartoons, too, for what it's worth.

Well then maybe a bite out of a nice red apple would help?

or prick your finger on a spindle.

TAS has me up every 2-3 hrs for hour feedings. Last night, fed at midnight and again at 4am. Don't use the laptop then but I have my phone.

BTW: I only get occasional bouts of insomnia. Usually I sleep quite well (especially with the new bed).

bewitched 03-04-2010 08:52 PM

I was up at 4:00 but that's only 2:00 your time.

I find that insomnia has become a lifestyle.

Prudence 03-04-2010 09:06 PM

I sleep soundly for about 4 hours - then I can't get back to sleep. Exhausted, but not sleeping. That's my life for the past 9 months or so.
