Popularity Poll
Pick the response with the least number of votes:
|
You forgot lizard and misspelled scissors. I am therefore unable to determine my vote.
|
As of the moment I voted, I was the winner. I will accept my trophy now.
|
I followed the instructions but I wanted to vote for Spock :(
|
When I picked there was a tie and I broke it, making the one I picked the second least popular. Do I get any credit for that?

I cheated and viewed the results.
But then didn't vote. |
Lizard is still the least selected option so it is still the winner.
|
No...the unknown choice is the winner because now that you have mentioned lizard then everyone might vote for it if it were a valid option. You can't possibly vote for something when you don't even know it is a choice. This argument is as valid as your lizard argument because neither the lizard or the unknown option are on the ballot.

Rule skirting aside, it looks like ROCK is the winner. Congrats to both of you who selected it! :snap:

Who was the other person? I'd like to hear the logic behind "Lizard beats Spock" etc. |

Doh!
What an idiot I am. I used this little social game to have a bit of fun. The folks over at QuBids are using much the same concept to make money hand over fist. In essence you purchase "bids" for $0.60 each. You can then use them to bid on items like iPads and HD TV's. Auctions start at one cent and each time someone bids the price goes up one cent. An item is sold when there are no bids on it for 10 seconds. For example, an iPad just sold for $27. Meaning before the lucky bidder won the iPad for $27 there were 2,700 bids of $.60 cents each for a total of: $1620 + the selling price of $27 means the site owners received $1,647 for the iPad. Genius! P.T. Barnum must be rolling over in his grave. There truly is one born every minute. |
You can see what you thought of this almost exactly a year ago here.
