Old Disneyland Photos Reprocessed/Cropped/Mutilated

I'm going through some older images of mine, and re-thinking them with different processing and sometimes crops...

Lemme know what you think

I can't see any crops there.. Corn? Wheat?

Cadaverous Pallor 02-07-2011 01:44 PM

Very nice, though if you post the original image as well we can do a comparison.

Nah, I like consuming the new version on its own, rather than comparing to anything else.

Needs a little salt

Alex 02-07-2011 03:15 PM

What's really need is it started out as a picture of small world.

Kevy Baby 02-07-2011 03:19 PM

I think you did a damned fine job considering the original image:

DAMN: I got distracted and Alex beat me to it.

Did you add the reflected lights from the Mark Twain on the water?

innerSpaceman 02-07-2011 04:10 PM

Cool. But I like the original better. It's my fave CoasterMatt Disneyland photo.

I think you're thinking of one from a diff angle.

CoasterMatt 02-07-2011 11:07 PM

This is the original image-

Snowflake 02-07-2011 11:21 PM

I prefer the original version, love it

Cadaverous Pallor 02-08-2011 12:37 PM

I like the original composition with the absolute blackness on the left.

Hmm, I thought there was another angle on this but I guess I was wrong.

You know, I kinda like the cropped version better. It's more up close and personal. It reminds me of going to port to board a docked ship for a trip during the late 1800's. Very cool.

Disneyphile 02-10-2011 02:32 AM

I love your photos, Matt!

I like both versions - they seem to have their own character.

I get it ! You photoshopped Mickey off of the ferris-wheel-thingy. :p

Gn2Dlnd 02-17-2011 02:16 AM

That's a pretty picture, but, boy that area of the park used to be so cold and lifeless! If I could just pan to the right of your picture, so, SO much better now.
