Happy Boxing Day !

Boxing day? Cool I have several people I'd love to punch out. Great idea Bear!

So how'd everyone do in the holiday loot category?

For me it's Bond, James Bond. The box set of all 22 movies. Yea! Bring on the popcorn.

I got through the season without receiving a single Christmas present* so it was a good year. Since I also bought not a single Christmas present** it was a doubly good year. Since I also spent the entirety of Christmas day driving and didn't see a single person I know other than Lani, it was a triply good year.

* I did get some chocolates from my mother-in-law when we visited her on the 24th, but those were things she bought for me during her DCL cruise in September and it was just the first time was saw each other since.

** Lani did ask for something under the guise of "Christmas present" but she didn't meet perquisites for actually receiving it. When she does, she'll get it, but it would no longer be a "Christmas present."

Sounds like a perfect holiday for crumudgeonly Alex!

Hope everybody had a great LoTmas. We spent it in Vegas with my in-laws and it was fantastic. We saw the Atomic Testing Museum, hubby got to play blackjack at the tables instead of the machines, m-i-l sent us home with pie, and we had a very nice relaxing couple of days. Would hav been better if hubby could have slept, but yeah, well. And Boomer behaved very well with their dog, too. He was as calm as I have *ever* seen him... this is the spaztastic dog that never holds still and he was so quiet and calm.

So now we're home.
