The evening LoT was born shall remain one of my fondest memories - thanks to everyone involved.

I'm curious - how many of the regulars on here knew each other before joining the boards that resulted in the LoT springing forth?

I knew Lisa before the Boards and that was about it

BTW - if you're on Facebook but not in the LoT secret group let me know and I'll add you - there's a huge sharing of pictures going on there at the moment.

Sorry I missed the actual anniversary. Yesterday was an insanely busy day. I was at the office from 7:30 am to midnight.

And happy birthday to anybody else who might have had a birthday yesterday.

Don't believe him about the secret group thing. It doesn't work.

Save for those of use who were pre-coupled before joining MousePad, no one really knew each other. Here and there there'd be some people who joined on as friends-of-friends (blueerica was friends with HBTF, LSPE roped EH in...but they met only through Buffy a online community)*. But yeah, for the most part we were all almost entirely strangers to each other without MousePad.





* Wow, it actually felt quite weird to refer to people by screenname...

I guess it's not a secret anymore! ;)

Happy Anniversary everyone! I hope everyone is doing amazingly well!

The pictures explosion at the Facebook page is incredible. You're all such a big part of our life story. We're so lucky to have been a part of it, and to continue it as we can. Did I mention we have passes again?

Well, schedule a camping trip and maybe I'll join you all for something again.

What if we go to the park and let you sleep under one of the benches.

No, the tradition is that if you guys do something at the park I don't go. Or, perhaps, I do something at the park and many of you show up and I'm too busy to really notice you.

But going to Disneyland just for fun isn't really in the cards. That's why zoroaster invented Disney World (and most of the time that isn't even for fun either).

This has been such a wonderful place full of so many adventures. I"m enjoying all the photos.

Ditto, seeing all the photos on LoT FB edition has been fabulous. You're all swell!

Or you see someone, after they spent quite a bit of time bar hopping, say hi and their response is something about not being able to talk to you off the internet. :D

I wonder where we will be in another 10 years? Using our flying cars to gather for Disneyland's 70th, perhaps? ;)

With all the things being floated around on Facebook, it's made me miss this medium. I will likely be posting and checking in more often.

The lack of intimacy and sometimes gets irritating to me on Facebook. Plus, I'm finding an increasing gap in understanding between myself and the general public - a gap I don't find here.

I am frequently mocked for not having a facebook....it's just never really appealed to me. I don't get my family and their love of that and other social media such as instagram. But thank you for the offer.

The play, The Rocky Horror Show, debuted in 1973.

Wow, I can't believe it's been 40 years! Though, I only new about it once the film came out.
