I had to create a thread touting this most excellent review of the Disneyland 6 CD set written by Stan4dSteph. I have this set and have listend to it all and I think Steph truely captured the joy of the sounds included in the set. Great article, Steph! Congratulations!

I had seen the set and the book the night before and decided I wanted it but the phrase 'too expensive' was going through my mind. However once I walked through those gates I was caught up in the purchasing frenzy that was 05-05-05. Until tonight it was sitting unopened on my couch. Thanks for that extra boost to listen to this amazing collection.

The LE 5000 sets with the gold vinyl are all gone, but the non-LE sets will be out in a few weeks.

I highly recommend the set. It is really memorable.

I saw the non-limited editions at the park last visit.

Oh, there it is. They switched over to the other side of Alex's 50 Mickey tour instead of just shifting everything down, that's what confused me.

My story on Joe Grant was only up for a day last week. There are so many articles about the 50th, nothing's lasting long! ;)

I'm not even really into the packaging of the whole thing. I just want the tunes. So I guess getting the gold album isn't that big of a deal for me. Some of the songs I have, some I need. I can wait 4 weeks. :)
I think the main page should be bigger. Or Sheila should have her own section.

And, yes, they should send Steph to DL as a reward.
