It's from the Bravo show Show Dog Moms and Dads and is truly hilarious. I love the animal control officer trying hard not to laugh as he's taking her statement.

Thanks, it's good to know where that came from.

As entertaining a video as it is, it saddens me that there are people like that, for real. They make me mad. This lady knows her dog bites, she knows she can't control him, and yet she takes him out. Stupid broad. Adopt the dog to somebody who will train that out of him, or at least control him, and bitch-smack the idiot woman. Shake some brains into place, hopefully.
