Don't worry, knowing Scoundrel, shortly after this photo, that paw draped on Pookie became claws dug into his back, and with the loving head-burried-in-Jack's belly posture became teeth-in-exposed-underside. :D

Today, Jack and Dexter were curled up with my large Jiji backpack. Dexter was on his back, snoring.

However, Scoundrel was locked in my closet last night and ate a shoe.

I think they missed us.

Aren't snoring cats delicious? I love it when they wave their little paws in the air and twitch their whiskers as they act out their kitty dreams.

WOW! She's all grown up! She's a beauty!

I currently have 4 dogs and a cat in my care (plus my own 5 cats). I feel very lucky to get my doggy fix in on a regular basis. I love dogs as well as cats, but I like to travel too much to have a dog.

I can't wait until Barnum comes to town!

Yeah, she's turning 3 sometime this month, but she sometimes still acts like a kitten. She does that thing that I think you call making bread? You know, where they knead like they used to do with their mothers? She still does that when she climbs on me and wants comfort/love. How can you turn that down? ;)

I call it making biscuits. ;) My Dexter still does it and he's 7.

Sasha will only do it on polar fleece. She loves her polar fleece.

All of our cats do that- Tori calls it 'punching'. Btw, today is Samwise Crazypaw's second birthday! We got him a fish/bird on a line which he promptly shredded, and one of those claw boards laced with catnip. He's a happy boy.:)

Thanks, NA- he was one wiped out kitty. Slept all night, which is rare for him, and didn't attack our feet once!
