I blame baseball and the day switch. During the World Series I had to ask MickeyD if it was cancelled since I hadn't seen it show up on my TiVO schedule in over a month. I bet a lot of people forgot about it since it was gone for so long.

Ghoulish Delight 11-11-2005 10:59 AM

Yes, I HATE when they do that. It can really kill a show.

BarTopDancer 11-11-2005 12:19 PM

It would have been nice to see AD go out in style. Now we can only imagine the amazing finale they would have done.

Perhaps the question of "where did you get that necklace shaped like a 't'?" would finally be answered. They said it's a-cross. Across from what?!

haha (yes, that is a feeble attempt at some AD humor)

 :(

God I hate TV.

blueerica 11-11-2005 05:05 PM

What?!

I swear to god I thought I saw a new one on Monday or something, not that I've been a regular watcher... Or at least they were promoing it as new... /confused.

/sad

Oh, this is sad sad sad....

I've only just now caught a couple of episodes, deciding it was great and now it's gone?

I suck for not having watched it.

Guess they'll use up the rest of the episodes.

It was new. Actually, there were 2 new ones. It won the freaknig Emmy, it was picked up for the 3rd season, it's about 5 episodes into the 3rd season...and now they've decided to kill it.

So, is that it? Are they even going to show any more episodes?

BarTopDancer 11-11-2005 07:36 PM

Sigh. At least there are a few more to see. I wonder if we'll even notice that their on.

Every once in awhile a protest gets a show reinstated. Unfortunalty I don't think this show is big enough :(

I heard from a little birdie that season 1 is on DVD. Sadly that doesn't come close to replacing what was lost.

Ooo LOST! mmmm Sawyer..

Sorry.. I derailed my own thread.

innerSpaceman 11-11-2005 08:41 PM

This is probably the best show that I never watched. I heard just a few days ago that it was being given a last chance to catch on. I guess that means 2 episodes to the TV brass.

Oh well, I guess I'll catch the series on DVD someday.

That's one of the benefits of TiVo - we never even knew it was moved.
