Things I'd Like to See

#2 - An animated remake of Disney's "The Black Hole" produced by Ghibli Studios
#3 - Men In Tights: On Ice

Laundry folded and put up / hung up.
Dishes clean and in the cabinet
Bills paid
Lawn mowed

But that's just me being a dreamer....

a cooked meal I didnt cook.
And the bills paid.

I second that dream.

I'd like to see me in a job I actually like.
I'd like to finish one of my big stories that I'm writing.
I'd like to see a plate lunch from Hawai'i on my desk right now... no dice.
I'd like to see a movie based on a TV show that is actually good.
I'd like to see more people with senses of humor everywhere.

I thought you loved this job? :(

It's depressing. Rewarding. But depressing.

I'd like to see:

• a weddign ring on my finger
• my savings acount balance increasing, not decreasing
• pets greet me when I get home
• less of myself when I look in the mirror
• a full head of hair when I look in the mirror
• a musical every night

Abso-freakin-lutely.

(um, I thought War of the Worlds was meant in fun)


Personally, I'd like to see Spielberg rummage through his garage and produce the two missing scenes from Close Encounters, mea cupla like his "friend" George, and release a 1977-authentic DVD.

Fun? With 9/11 and holocaust images? That's not fun. :D

Depending on how you look at it. Fun for us, no.

Fun for Nazi's and terrorists, I think yes.

Dammit, I still need to see The Producers.....

It was somewhat fun, I admit. Gorgeous imagery (GC, the 9/11 and Holocaust imagery makes it fun for me - I love shocking action). But it was meant seriously, a very serious metaphor, and at the most serious moments I was shaking my head at the attempted seriousness. Oh, and the ending sucked but I guess I blame the original story for that.



I'd like to see school librarians get full-time (without requiring pointless degrees and certifications) because I'm really bumming about leaving here.

does it end differently than the original? I've yet to see it. (not exactly what one would call a Tom Cruise fan)

It ends the same as the original.
